Arrive at Rio Grande Stables @ 8:30a for check-in: paperwork, a safety talk with your guide, and an individual riding lesson before hitting the trail.
This is where we pull out our world class picnic of roasted chicken, artisanal cheeses, black bean or quinoa salad, fresh fruit, cookies, etc.
